I realize some might say this pick sucks, but that is the point! I do not consider myself any kind of expert on matters of household cleaning, but what I do know is this vacuum works very well.
I struggle with many typical pollen allergies and on top of that I am allergic to dogs (and cats). Unfortunately, we have a dog. So as anyone with a dog knows there is dog hair everywhere. This vacuum does an incredible job cleaning the houses and from day one has had a significant positive impact on my allergies.
When we first got our Dyson I was skeptical. Five hundred dollars for a vacuum, screw that. Before we used it, we vacuumed the living room for appr. 30 minutes with my vacuum (some cheap thing) and then again for about the same amount of time with Chaley’s vacuum (a little better, but still cheap thing). After all that, the Dyson filled up entirely within a minute or two of use. It picked up both dust and dog hair the others missed. Well work it. It is easy to use (of course it is, it is a vacuum) and no more of those crappy bags, which are not cheap.
